James Suckling 95/100
Extremely perfumed and fresh with dried flowers, cherries, strawberries. Medium to full bodied with an oily texture and lovely soft tannins. Lots of spices and fruit. Earth, too. This uses about 30% whole-berry fermentation. Long maceration after alcoholic fermentation. Bright fruit, no wood. All cement.
“(...) bold, eccentric and full of character. Wild, crazy aromatics, red berry fruit, blood orange, mint and dried flowers are some of the many
aromas and flavors that emerge from this undeniably quirky, alluring wine.”
